Practiva Health was established in 2005 as an outgrowth of the sale of its predecessor company, Applied Health Services, to Fiserv (2004). By retaining the management group and resources to develop the next level of health management services, we offer proficiency in clinical, insurance and corporate programming.

With over 25 years experience, our industrious team is well-positioned to assist companies in analysis, review and recommendation of wellness and disease management programs in both virtual and hands-on settings. Our methods and programs have been developed and improved over time to ensure the most effective and progressive systems are available to our clients.

In January 2008, the first Practiva Health Center was opened in San Antonio’s Medical Center for the purpose of helping those individuals and employees who need a more hands-on approach to adopting a healthy lifestyle.
