"Learn It. Own it. Live It."

How It Works: The program is broken up into three phases, each carefully planned according to the needs of the individual.

Phase 1: "Learn It."

The first phase is an intense phase geared to teach the client new health behaviors. Sessions are held with the Health Coach, incorporating exercise and physical movement – a most valuable tool in disease and pain management.

During these sessions the importance of good nutrition is stressed, healthy dietary habits are taught, and a practical and adaptable plan is implemented.


Phase 2: "Own It."

This is the phase where the tools learned in Phase 1 are put to use and individuals gradually start to manage their own health.


Phase 3: "Live It."

The third and final phase is where “the rubber meets the road.” All the valuable information and habits learned in Phase 1 and 2 ais applied enabling clients to improve their health further and maintain the healthy lifestyle changes incorporated thus far.

Further follow up is be available on an as needed basis and clients have access to the website for health information.
