How It Works: The program is broken up into three phases, each carefully planned according to the needs of the individual.

| Phase 1: "Learn It." |
|
The first phase is an intense phase geared to teach the client new health behaviors.
Sessions are held with the Health Coach, incorporating exercise and physical movement – a most valuable tool in disease and pain management.

During these sessions the importance of good nutrition is stressed, healthy dietary habits are taught, and a practical and adaptable plan is implemented.

| Phase 2: "Own It." |
|
This is the phase where the tools learned in Phase 1 are put to use and individuals gradually start to manage their own health.
|
|
|
| Phase 3: "Live It." |
|
The third and final phase is where “the rubber meets the road.”
All the valuable information and habits learned in Phase 1 and 2 ais applied enabling clients to improve their health further and maintain the healthy lifestyle changes incorporated thus far.
