b. From the [Overview-Home] page select the most recent SHA record and click on [Print] c. This will open the narrative. You can print this report by using the print button of your browser. d. This narrative report also has links to your Action Plan© and Health-at-a-glance© reports: these links are placed within the first section of the report and in the “Quick-Jump” menu. • Change or update my telephone number
b. From the [Overview-Home] page select [Update Demographics] under account information • Get a CustomerID and a PIN
• Get a copy of my PIN if I have forgotten it
